They are empowered to sign all necessary documents and arranging employment contract with the recruit workers as far as the recruitment is concerned and as required by the laws and regulations of Nepal to arrange all matters relating to their deployment such as entering into completion of immigration formalities,arrangeing their passports, Visas, passages etc.
